Writing Retreat
Within all of our ARC activities, we ask researchers what would help them complete that next paper or grant application. There is one response that we get more than any other – to write, we need some uninterrupted time. So, we want to offer you the chance for some dedicated writing time at our residential writing retreat.
We have booked the Scottish Centre for Ecology and the Natural Environment (SCENE) on the Banks of Loch Lomond from Monday 8th - Wednesday 10th September. This is a free event that includes transport, accommodation, food, activities (not compulsory), writing workshops, one-on-one writing advice with an experienced faculty, but most importantly, peace and quiet to get words on paper.
We will have more details to share in due course, but we wanted you to get the date in your diaries early.
Please note that there are a limited number of places.
Deadline to register: 01/08/2025
